Starting small and humble is me, Imran Ali Namazi, a budding Agile Coach with 23 years development experience building windows and web apps who believes strongly that these themes improve the overall value of your products and services and the work culture.
I always found that when it came to teamwork, there were these intangible challenges that, when overcome, work would happen automagically.

Some Background
Work usually hits us with a barrage of tasks, varying priorities, constraints and challenges. If we worked as a well oiled machine, we would attack the high risk tasks first and revive the project and company, slowly and steadily, without overstressing or feeling disheartened.
For all this, mindset, habits and due diligence play a big part. I always felt that documentation, training and inclusiveness play a big part in a team's success. By inclusiveness I mean the opening of communication lines in all directions. I remember attending a lecture where the speaker said true success would follow if the pyramid was inverted.
I also remember the book Every Man a Tiger which I read some 20 years ago which spoke of the rewards of infusing an organization with total quality management initiatives.
There is a new kind of business emerging - the "conscious business" which looks for a win-win across company, employee, society and environment. It's the writing on the wall, and I want to be a part of this revolution as being the only fair solution to the mean game being played currently.

- Open communication lines by guiding kickoffs and town hall meetings.
- Build a cross role Quality Overseeing team that works closely with management to improve Organisational Excellence.
- Setup internal upskilling process where juniors are mentored to drive a peer trained growing repository.
- Help create a talent portal where invitation videos are made to future employees.
